Soundproofing needs improvement!!! I could hear street noise and guests' footsteps, even with supposed soundproof windows!!! Some furniture feels outdated and could use a refresh for a more inviting atmosphere!!!

The room was spacious and well-furnished, though it lacked
some modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was eager to assist. However, the noise from the street was a bit bothersome at night, which detracted from our overall experience.

It was just a perfect match for a short staycation in Quito with a reasonable price. Room service was efficient and prompt, which helped me relax after a long travel day. Just make sure to check the deposit policy before you arrive to avoid any surprises.

comfortable stay with good amenities
The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The staff went above and beyond, consistently offering friendly assistance which enhanced our experience. I particularly enjoyed the city view from our room, making each morning a pleasure.
The coffee machines at breakfast were not functioning properly, which impacted the overall dining experience.

Plot twist, it’s actually great!
My 2-night stay was nothing short of delightful! From the spacious room with stunning views to the exquisite breakfast buffet featuring glorious shrimp ceviche and churros, every detail was meticulously curated. The staff were friendly, and I loved the ethical water station in the lobby. This gem is truly a must-visit!

The hotel was fantastic for our family getaway! The staff was attentive and made our stay comfortable. We loved our spacious Swiss Executive King Room with breathtaking views. The breakfast spread was a delightful start to our days, and we even explored Amrita, intrigued by its mystical charm.
In my wife’s opinion, a kids’ play area would enhance the experience.

Overall, the service during my stay was exceptional, especially from the welcoming staff who made me feel comfortable and cared for. I enjoyed the varied breakfast options, particularly the shrimp ceviche, which was a delightful surprise. However, the soundproofing in my room wasn't sufficient, as I could hear parties happening nearby, which was a bit disruptive. Despite this, the view from my room was spectacular, adding a nice touch to my experience.

The Swissotel in Quito exceeded my expectations in several ways. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and offered a refreshing drink, which set a nice tone for my stay. The room I stayed in was a spacious business suite, very clean, with a comfortable bed and an effective air conditioning system. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of fresh options, and the omelettes made to order were a highlight. I appreciated the complimentary filtered water station in the lobby, which felt eco-friendly. The mixed-use development with shopping options below was convenient, but the location in a business district felt a bit detached for leisure activities. One downside was the noise from the AC unit, which could be disruptive at times. I would have liked a bit more character in the surroundings, perhaps something unique to Quito. Despite this, the wellness center and pool area had a great ambiance. Room service was prompt, and they even set up an outdoor dining experience for me, which was delightful. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor details needing attention.

Great Stay with Minor Hiccups
Had a fun stay! The room was spacious and comfy. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with yummy churros and strong coffee. The staff was nice, but I faced an odd situation when trying to book a lunch reservation. A bit frustrating how they responded differently to my Spanish request. Other than that, the place was solid.

The rooms offer a spacious layout with impressive city and mountain views, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet features a wide range of choices, including fresh juices and an omelet station, catering to all preferences.
Certain areas of the hotel show signs of wear, specifically the rooms needing a refresh as they feel a bit tired. The main restaurant closes for dinner, forcing in-house dining to occur in the bar with a limited menu, and there’s a discrepancy with discount policies that can be frustrating for guests. My second visit resulted in a room that smelled of smoke, despite it being advertised as non-smoking, which was disappointing.

Exceptional Customer Service!
The family suite was perfect with a kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff, especially Gabriel and Carlos, were super helpful, arranging a flight home for me quickly. The room was comfortable and had great amenities like free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. The bar food, especially the shrimp ceviche, was delicious and the overall vibe made me feel safe and welcomed.

I had a fantastic time enjoying the amazing breakfast buffet and relaxing spa massage during my stay. With both an indoor and outdoor pool available, it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times, but it didn't take away from my experience. 😊

The Swissotel offers a wonderfully comfortable stay with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. However, the location felt a bit distant from more vibrant areas and the Wi-Fi was subpar, which is disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
