Spectacular view of Cotopaxi, Electronic shades in rooms, Good water pressure in bathrooms

Soundproofing needs improvement!!! I could hear street noise and guests' footsteps, even with supposed soundproof windows!!! Some furniture feels outdated and could use a refresh for a more inviting atmosphere!!!

The room was spacious and well-furnished, though it lacked

some modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was eager to assist. However, the noise from the street was a bit bothersome at night, which detracted from our overall experience.

It was just a perfect match for a short staycation in Quito with a reasonable price. Room service was efficient and prompt, which helped me relax after a long travel day. Just make sure to check the deposit policy before you arrive to avoid any surprises.

In my wife’s opinion, a kids’ play area would enhance the experience.

Despite this, the wellness center and pool area had a great ambiance. Room service was prompt, and they even set up an outdoor dining experience for me, which was delightful. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor details needing attention.

Great Stay with Minor Hiccups

Had a fun stay! The room was spacious and comfy. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with yummy churros and strong coffee. The staff was nice, but I faced an odd situation when trying to book a lunch reservation. A bit frustrating how they responded differently to my Spanish request. Other than that, the place was solid.

The family suite was perfect with a kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff, especially Gabriel and Carlos, were super helpful, arranging a flight home for me quickly. The room was comfortable and had great amenities like free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. The bar food, especially the shrimp ceviche, was delicious and the overall vibe made me feel safe and welcomed.

I had a fantastic time enjoying the amazing breakfast buffet and relaxing spa massage during my stay. With both an indoor and outdoor pool available, it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times, but it didn't take away from my experience. 😊
